About me
For 25 years I built Pixum: founded in 2000, grown in 95 of 100 quarters, more than a billion euros in cumulative revenue. On 31 July 2026 I handed it over to my successor — deliberately, while everything was running well, with no open accounts.
Today I sit on the other side of the table. I work as a sparring partner for founders, CEOs and management teams who are in the middle of what I already went through: scaling, culture, succession, letting go. At f8-invest I do Executive Sparring — no slide decks, no consulting theatre, just an honest counterpart who has made most of these mistakes first-hand.
What I still believe after 30 years in internet and high-tech: success creates fun, not the other way around. Trust, transparency and the will to win build a culture — and culture, not strategy, is what carries a company through 25 years.
